GENERAL QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS-

The owner of 1842 Abbeyridge questioned the general notice she received for the condition of her lawn and berm .  She indicated that a softer approach would be recommended.  Lesley with SCM stated that the general notice is the softer approach. The general notice is  not part of the Copperfield time line.  The general notice states that a condition has been noted and recommends that it be taken care of.

She also indicated that the property next to hers is in need of lawn care.  Lesley stated that the owner has been notified and is following the Copperfield time line for correction.   There was also a mention of parked cars on the roadway.  She was advised to contact the police or county.

The owner of 2170 Hedgerow was upset at receiving a 3rd notice for lawn and berm.  It was noted that this was a mistake of the property number and the report has been removed from the Inspection report.

Alma made the motion to adjourn, Chris seconded and all were in favor at 8:10 p.m
