Board of Directors Meeting

The meeting was called to
order at 7:00 p.m.
Present: Steve Blach,
Karen Lentz, Gary Neff, Cathleen Battle, Alyse Avitagle, Kelly Stanton,
Jim Cooper. Also in attendance: Members indicated by sign in sheet,
and Sharon Lockamy with TCB Property Management.
Appoint Chairperson for
October BOD Meeting: Kelly Stanton made a motion to appoint Gary Neff
to chair the October Board meeting. Cathleen Battle seconded the
motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
Resignations:
Steve Balch made a motion to accept the resignations of Chris Saretsky
and Ray McDermott. Jim Cooper seconded the motion and the motion
was approved unanimously by voice vote.
Minutes of the September,
2014 meeting were reviewed by the Board. Steve Black made a motion to approve
the September, 2014 minutes with the approved changes; Jim Cooper seconded
the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
New Business:
Letter to Homeowners:
Kelly Stanton made a motion to have a letter sent out to all homeowners
that the HOA will not be going into a court appointed receivership, and
new Board members have been appointed. Jim Cooper seconded the motion
and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
Add Treasurer to Bank
Account: Jim Cooper made a motion to appoint Alyse Avitable to
the bank account to sign checks. Kelly Stanton seconded the motion
and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote. Once the organizational
meeting will be held after the annual meeting the other officers will be
added as signers to the account.
Attorney: The
Board decided to hold off on the foreclosure until Sonya from Clayton and
McCulloh explains the process better to the new Board.
ARC Members:
Two members of the ARC resigned.
Adjournment:
Steve Balch made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:07PM. Kelly
Stanton seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice
vote. |
