Annual Meeting

Kelly Stanton called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Present:  Karen Lentz, Alyse Avitabile, Kelly Stanton, and Charlie Abell.   Jim Cooper was absent.  Also in attendance: Members indicated by sign in sheet, and Sharon Lockamy with TCB Property Management. 

Minutes of the October 21 and December 5th were read to the members present.  Alyse Avitabile made a motion to accept the minutes as presented.  Karen Lentz seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously by voice vote.

Old Business: 

Payment Plan for Homeowner: Charlie talked to Sonia from Clayton and McCulloh regarding the payoff letter.  Waiting for an updated ledger. 

Website:  Alyse Avitabile stated the association is paying $37.50 per month to update the website.

Bank Signatories:  All signers must be present along with a copy of the organizational meeting minutes.

ARC for Painting:  Karen Lentz made a motion to proceed to step 3 on the flow chart for not getting the proper paperwork filled out and approved by the committee.  Charlie Abell seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote. 

New Resolution to Change Ballot Procedure for Annual Meeting:  Tabled until next meeting.  Charlie Abell will take with Clayton and McCulloh.

Landscape Committee:  Alyse Avitabile made a motion to appoint Steve Balch and Richard Sewell to the Landscape Committee.  Karen Lentz seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

ARC Committee:  Karen Lentz made a motion to appoint Laura Dehart and Valarie Alvarez to the ARC Committee.  Alyse Avitabile seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

Southern Green:  Charlie Abell reported the front trimming has been completed except the palm trees.

Web Services:  Tabled.

Adjournment:  Karen Lentz made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:58PM.  Charlie Abell seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
