Kelly Stanton called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m.

Present:  Present:  Alyse Avitabile, Kelly Stanton, Karen Lentz and Charlie Abell.  Jim Cooper was absent.  Also in attendance: 8 members indicated by sign in sheet, and Sharon Lockamy with TCB Property Management.

 Alyse Avitable made a motion to accept the August 2015 Board of Director Meeting minutes as presented.  Karen Lentz seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously by voice vote.

Old Business:

Review Final Draft of Resolution on Vinyl Fences:  All Board members present signed; need Jim Coopers signature.

Update on the Declaration of Covenants, Article X:  The Board reviewed what Russ Klemm sent.

Annual Meeting:  Will be held in November.  The Board of Directors would like to remind everyone that it is important to send in their proxy.

Outstanding Violations:  Sharon Lockamy will meet with the homeowner about storing the garbage cans at the front of the garage door, along with an ARC member.

New Due Process Violations:  Tabled until October because the motion failed to pass.

REPORTS:

Landscape Committee Report:

No new topics.

Front Entrance:  Kelly Stanton contacted Brevard Stone regarding the boulders.  There were no options for replacement.  Someone suggested we look at Cocoa Nursery.

New Business:

  • Sonia Bosinger gave a presentation on Arias Bosinger Law Firm, office located in downtown Melbourne.

o   {C}They started the firm to provide better service with fair flat rate fees, they believe in educating their clients and never charge a fee to provide current status.  They want to provide a 'Partnership with Boards'.

o   {C}They can easily pick up with C&M left off in any early stage - which we do not currently have any major items with C&M.

  • Letter received from a Homeowner who is a Realtor is extending his services.  Charles "Brad" Daniel, 657 Heather Stone - cell:  321-704-2461.

Adjournment:  Charlie Abell made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:38 p.m.  Karen Lentz seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
