Kelly Stanton called the meeting to order at 6:58 p.m.

Present:  Alyse Avitabile, Kelly Stanton, Charlie Abell, Mike Scira and Steve Balch. Also in attendance:  Sharon Lockamy with TCB Property Management, and Russell Klemm from Clayton & McCulloh.

Steve Balch made a motion to accept the April Board of Director Meeting minutes as presented. Charlie Abell seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously by voice vote.

OLD BUSINESS:

ARC Architectural Guidelines steps:  The document has been reviewed by AB Law.  The Board is reviewing her suggestions, and the vote from the Membership is TBD at this time.

 Violation Status:  Renae Foster will contact Sonia to get a status on them.

 Proposed Topics for Next Chronicles:

  • Property Rezoning
  • Lock your vehicle reminder
  • Sidewalk Party:  In the fall and we need a committee to help.

 Reports:

Landscape Committee Report:

  •       Painting of the entrance wall has been complete by Dave Goodman and he has been paid for his services.
  •       Landscaping improvements to the entrance have been put off till the fall. One of the landscapers that we are interested in receiving design ideas and a proposal from, Blue Bell Landscaping, is not able to get to us until then. That will allow additional time for the Board to consider this year and future years landscape budgets and landscape design ideas.

NEW BUSINESS:

Vehicles Parking at Copperfield Entrance:  Kelly reported she contacted roads and bridges to look into options for signs.  A county sign is not a viable option, no action will be taken at this time.

Solicitation from Copperfield Homeowner:  Kelly Stanton appointed Russ Klemm to be the chairperson on this topic.  A homeowner put flyers on all the neighbor’s doors making false claims concerning the HOA and the Board of Directors.

Adjournment:  Alyse Avitable made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:40p.m.  Charlie Abell  seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
