Kelly Stanton called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m.
Present: Alyse Avitabile, Kelly Stanton, Charlie Abell, Mike Scira and Steve Balch. Also in attendance: Renae Foster with TCB Property Management, and 8 homeowners indicated by the sign-in sheet.
Steve Balch made a motion to accept the May Board of Director Meeting minutes as presented. Charlie Abell seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously by voice vote.
OLD BUSINESS:
ARC Architectural Guidelines steps:The document has been reviewed by AB Law. The Board is reviewing her suggestions, and the vote from the Membership is TBD at this time.
Proposed Topics for Next Chronicles:
- Property Rezoning
- Lock your vehicle reminder
- Sidewalk Party: Still need a few more volunteers to help with this.
All Board Members will send their input for the Chronicles to Renae by this Friday.

NEW BUSINESS:
Irrigation Well Replacement at Entrance:Kelly Stanton solicited two bids to replace the well at the entrance; one from East Coast Irrigation and one from Chandler. They will be filling the old well with some concrete and installing a new shallow well. The Board went with East Coast Irrigation's bid, and they should begin work very soon.
ARA For Painting Driveway: The ARC requested the Board's review of an application to paint a driveway. As long as the owner keeps it looking nice and re-paints when necessary, the Board has no objections.
Adjournment: Charlie Abell made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:19 p.m. Mike Scira seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
Next Meeting: There will be no July Meeting- Next Normal Monthly Meeting – August 16, 2016 - 7:00 PM - Solaris HealthCare - Merritt Island - 500 Crockett Blvd
