Board of Directors Monthly Meeting Minutes
March 21, 2017 - 7:00 PM

Kelly Stanton called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m.
Present: Kelly Stanton, Alyse Avitable and Steve Balch. Charlie Abell was absent. Also in attendance: Renae Foster with TCB Property Management, and 6 homeowners indicated by the sign-in sheet.
Alyse Avitable made a motion to accept the October 2017 Board of Director Meeting minutes as presented. Steve Balch seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously by voice vote.
OLD BUSINESS:
Proposed Topics for Next Chronicles:
- Garage Sale- will be held on Mar 31st and April 1st. We will be advertising on Craig’s List, the local paper, Copperfield’s Facebook, and the signs will be put up as well.
- Coming Soon: Front Entrance Landscaping
- Board Candidates- all terms are ending this year, we need volunteers.
Renae Foster will try to get the newsletter drafted, reviewed and printed for mailing on Thursday with the quarterly dues invoice.

Landscape Committee Report:
- Ray McDermott reported that he has spending time interviewing landscapers for the front entrance upgrades. We received bids from BlueBell Landscaping, Southern Greens, and Stevenson Landscaping. One other landscaper did not submit a bid.

NEW BUSINESS:
Entrance Landscape:
Kelly Stanton presented the 3 bids we received from Blue Bell Landscaping, Stevenson, and Southern Greens. Stevenson came in at $4,456; Southern Greens came in at $5,675 (includes modifying irrigation); and Blue Bell came in at $7,049 (includes rock border and replaces the Bermuda with Floratam).
Renae will come up with an apples to apples scope of work for the front entrance upgrades and contact all 4 vendors to re-submit a bid. Renae will also come up with an all-inclusive scope of work for the monthly landscaping maintain even to send out for bid.
Mike Scira has submitted his resignation from the Copperfield Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Adjournment: Alyse Avitable made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:00 p.m. Steve
Balch seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
