Board of Directors Monthly Meeting Minutes
July 25, 2017 - 7:00 PM

Kelly Stanton called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
Present: Kelly Stanton, Alyse Avitable, Charlie Abell, and Steve Balch. Also in attendance: Renae Foster with TCB Property Management, and 8 homeowners indicated by the sign-in sheet.
Copperfield POA Mission Statement: Manage the operations of the Association to effectively maintain the community in order to preserve property values and community spirit.
Steve Balch made a motion to accept the June 2017 Board of Director Meeting minutes as presented. Alyse Avitable seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously by voice vote.
OLD BUSINESS:
Reports:
Landscape Committee Report: Six companies submitted proposals for landscaping.
Charlie Abell made a motion to accept the proposal from Extreme Grounds Management. Steve Balch seconded the motion. Alyse Avitable obstained. The vote was passed by a majority vote.

ARA Request for Playset: Charlie Abell made a motion to approve the playset at 2070 Hedgerow. Steve Balch seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

NEW BUSINESS:
Bank Signature Cards- Charlie Abell will be added to the signature cards.
Irrigation Upgrades- No one has heard from Hartman. The Board will ask Extreme and put on next years budget.
Dead Queen Palm in Front Center Island- The palm tree has some green coming up through the middle. The Board wants to give it time to see if it lives.
New Board Members:
Charlie Abell made a motion to appoint Steve Balch to the Secretary position, and Mary Anne Sonnenberg, Andrew Nick, and Sherrill Stramara as directors. Alyse Avitable seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
Adjournment: Alyse Avitable made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:05 p.m. Mary Ann Sonnenberg seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
Next Meeting: Next Meeting- BOD Meeting – August 15, 2017 - 7:00 PM - Solaris HealthCare - Merritt Island - 500 Crockett Blvd. If a meeting is needed.
