Board of Directors Monthly Meeting Minutes
October 16, 2018 - 7:00 PM
Solaris Health Care - Merritt Island
500 Crockett Blvd, Merritt Island, FL 32953
Steve Balch called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m.
Present: Kelly Stanton, Mary Ann Sonnenberg, Sherrill Stramara AJ Nick and Steve Balch were present. Also in attendance: Renae Foster with TCB Property Management, and 4 homeowners indicated by the sign-in sheet.
Copperfield POA Mission Statement: Manage the operations of the Association to effectively maintain the community in order to preserve property values and community spirit.
Kelly Stanton made a motion to accept the August 2018 Board of Director Meeting minutes as presented. Mary Ann Sonnenberg seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously by voice vote.

NEW BUSINESS:
2019 Budget- Mary Ann will prepare a draft 2019 for review and we will hold a quick meeting, next Tuesday (10/23/2018) to approve and mail it out.
Fall Picnic- Kelly Stanton stated we already have the flyer ready to mail out with the budget mailing. Sherrill Stramara will be the contact for the volunteers. Kelly, Ray & Sherrill will handle shopping for the food for the picnic.
Adjournment: Sherrill Stramara made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:37 p.m. Kelly Stanton seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
