New Business:

Air BnB Amendment:  Steve Balch reported that we have at least one short term rental in the neighborhood.  Based on some complaints from neighbors, we have asked the lawyer to put together some language for an amendment to prohibit this.

Mary Ann Sonnenberg joined the meeting via telephone.

Renae will ask Sonia for an explanation why Article V, Section 10 was updated, and a laymen’s term explanation to send to the homeowners.  She will also clarify how we would handle a violation of the short term rental article.

Kelly Stanton made a motion to proceed with the short term rentals Amendment as worded, and get an explanation regarding the Amendment to Article V.   AJ Nick seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

Adjournment: Kelly Stanton made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:26 p.m.  AJ Nick seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
