Steve Balch called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.

Present:  Kelly Stanton, Sherrill Stramara, and Steve Balch were present.  AJ Nick and Mary Ann Sonnenberg were absent.  Also in attendance:  2 homeowners indicated by the sign-in sheet.

Copperfield POA Mission Statement:  Manage the operations of the Association to effectively maintain the community in order to preserve property values and community spirit.

The April 2019 minutes were not available, so we will table this for the time being.

Old Business:  None at this time.

Landscape Report: Kelly Stanton reported that the palm trims have been trimmed.  They also should have cleared the pepper trees.  Renae will email Chris Buisson from Extreme Grounds and cc Kelly & Steve asking about the pepper trees and drain; Steve would also like a picture of the drain if they haven’t gone down there.

ARC Report:  Kelly requested that we get a report for the last year as we haven’t seen a report.  She would also like to at some point get all of the files and scan them in.  Mary Ann Sonnenberg will have the report available for the next meeting.

Old Business:  None at this time.

New Business:

Palm Tree:  We received an email from an owner regarding the palm tree at the front of the community that is dead.  The Board briefly discussed this at the annual meeting; and the general consensus is that we would remove the palm, and not replace it.   Renae will get a third bid for the palm tree removal, stump grinding and restoring the lawn.

Violations:  Kelly Stanton stated that we need to keep on top of the violations better.  We need follow up and to give Renae direction on whether we want to turn it over to the attorney.  She would like each board member to take turns reviewing the lists and giving input.  Mary Ann Sonnenberg will review the most recent violation list.  Sherrill Stramara will do February, Kelly will do March, Steve will do April, and AJ will do May.

Adjournment: Mary Ann Sonnenberg made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:43 p.m.  Sherrill Stramara seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
