Old Business:

  • Governing Documents Renewal (MARTA):  Kelly Stanton reported that Renae Foster re-did the Documents to hopefully save a little bit of money. The next step would be to include the amendments, paver and fence  resolutions,.  We need to include this expense in the budget next year.
  • ARC Standards: Sherrill Stramara stated that there is only two that we need to codify.  The clotheslines and sheds need to be addressed.  Sharon Freeman stated that Florida Statute allows clotheslines.  We can require they are not in view from the street, but you cannot prohibit them.

New Business:

  • Above Ground Pools- Kelly Stanton stated that we previously did an approval of one above ground pool.

Kelly Stanton made a motion to disallow above ground pools due to the danger of flooding in case they give way.  There was no second on the motion, so this item will be tabled until next month for Mary Ann’s input.

  • Website Committee: Kelly Stanton stated that she would like to get more input on information on the website, and “freshen up” the website.  If anyone is interested, please contact Kelly.

Kelly Stanton made a motion to appoint Katie Anderson to the Board of Directors.  AJ Nick seconded the motion, and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

Adjournment: Kelly Stanton made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:36 p.m.  AJ Nick seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

Next Meeting: September 15, 2020
