Board of Directors Monthly Meeting Minutes
September 21, 2021 - 7:00 PM
ZOOM Meeting
Sherrill Stramara called the meeting to order at 7:01 p.m.
Present: Sherrill Stramara, Kelly Stanton, AJ Nick, MaryAnn Sonnenberg and Katie Anderson were present. Also in attendance: 3 homeowners indicated by the ZOOM App.
Copperfield POA Mission Statement: Manage the operations of the Association to effectively maintain the community to preserve property values and community spirit.
Katie Anderson made a motion to approve the May 18, 2021 meeting minutes with discussed changes. AJ Nick seconded the motion. Kelly Stanton opposed the motion. The motion was passed by majority vote.
Katie Anderson made a motion to approve the August 2021 meeting minutes with discussed changes. AJ Nick seconded the motion, and the motion was passed by majority vote.
Landscape Report: There is nothing new to report at this time. Chris Foster is working on getting quotes for digging out the well.

Unapproved Fence at 1835 Abbeyridge Dr
Kelly Stanton and MaryAnn Sonnenberg left or were dropped from the call into the meeting.
Katie Anderson made a motion to approve the homeowners at 1835 Abbeyridge painting/staining the part of their fence that faces the street the appropriate color, with the understanding that the proposed color be approved by the ARC Committee. AJ Nick seconded the motion, and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
Adjournment: Katie Anderson made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:18 p.m. AJ Nick seconded the motion, and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
