Sherrill Stramara called the Annual Member’s meeting to order at 7:37 p.m.

Present: Andrew Nick, Katie Anderson, Mary Ann Sonnenberg and Sherrill Stramara were present. Also in attendance: 5 members indicated by sign in sheet, 9 members by proxy, Sharon Freeman and Mel Pettit with TCB Property Management.

Katie Anderson made a motion to approve the 2020 Annual Meeting minutes as presented. Mary Anne Sonnenberg seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously by voice vote.

OFFICERS REPORTS:

President – 

We have had another low key year.
The board would like to thank the following people for their support:

• Kelly Stanton for serving on the Board and as the Treasurer.
• Renae Foster, Sharon Freeman, and Mel Pettit of TCB Property Management, for their invaluable assistance this year as we to shifted virtual meetings and for always being on call when we had questions.
• Ray McDermott for keeping an eye out for any issues that crop up and providing insights of what has been done previously.

2022 Nominating Committee-

Chairman / BOD Member – Katie Anderson
Member of Association – Laura DeHart
Member of Association – Carly Bourtis

2021 Election – There were no nominations from the floor. Mary Anne Sonnenberg made a motion to approve 2022 Nominating Committee, Andrew Nick seconded the motion, and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

The 2021-2022 BOD is Andrew Nick, Mary Anne Sonnenberg, and Katie Anderson.

Unfinished Business:

2022 Budget- Discussion was allowed from the floor on the proposed 2022 budget.
Katie Anderson made a motion to approve the 2022 budget as presented at $50 per quarter. Mary Anne Sonnenberg seconded the motion, and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

Adjournment: Katie Anderson made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:50 p.m. Mary Anne Sonnenberg seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

Organizational Meeting

Andrew Nick called the Organizational meeting to order at 7:54 p.m.

Present: Sherrill Stramara, Katie Anderson, Andrew Nick, and Mary Anne Sonnenberg were present. Also in attendance: Sharon Freeman and Mel Pettit with TCB Property Management.

Sherrill Stanton resigned from board as president.

Katie Anderson made a motion for Mary Anne Sonnenberg to remain Treasurer, Andrew Nick seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.

Mary Anne Sonnenberg made a motion to appoint Andrew Nick as President, Katie Anderson seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote director.

Andrew Nick made a motion to appoint Katie Anderson as Vice President, Mary Anne Sonnenberg seconded the motion and the motion was approved unanimously by voice vote.

Andrew Nick, Mary Ann Sonnenberg & Katie Anderson are voted in for a new three year term.

Andrew Nick made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:57 p.m. Katie Anderson seconded the motion and the motion was passed unanimously by voice vote.
